We are looking for a Software Product Manager for the Internal Efficiency ART to define and drive software solutions that measurably improve internal engineering productivity, development efficiency, and software quality across 93K SW R&D. In this role, you own the content direction of the Agile Release Train, translating organizational needs into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog. A key focus of the ART is to establish the foundation for an AI-native software engineering organization. This includes defining and building shared AI platforms, services, and infrastructure that enable teams to integrate AI into their daily engineering workflows. The ART promotes AI-native engineering, enables teams to use AI securely, and transforms software development for better productivity, quality, and delivery. You work closely with engineering leaders, development teams, and stakeholders within 93K SW R&D to improve efficiency across the entire software development lifecycle
