Software Training & Documentation Specialist (m/f/d)

Create, maintain, and continuously improve documentation for software tools to support user adoption and knowledge transfer. Develop engaging learning materials, including user guides, presentations, e-learning content, and instructional videos. Deliver and facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning activities in both onsite and virtual environments. Identify training needs and translate them into structured learning concepts and training programs. Ensure learning content and documentation remain accurate, current, and aligned with software functionality and business processes. Promote user adoption through effective communication, training, and ongoing user support. Assess user feedback and training effectiveness to continuously improve learning content and delivery
