Supply Chain PMO (m/f/d)

Lead global supply chain transformation programs, including S&OP redesign and logistics optimization, from concept through execution. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for planning processes in large-scale business process remodeling projects. (Co)-Lead global programs with cross-regional governance, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective project delivery. Manage and govern external consultancies, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence in the design and implementation phases. Drive end-to-end supply chain risk evaluation and mitigation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional workshops, steering committees, and change management initiatives to ensure adoption and impact. Track, report, and communicate program status, risks, and value realization to senior leadership and global stakeholders. Define KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with operational teams to ensure sustainable performance improvements.
