Commercial Process Coordinator

Eaton Sales Operations Division based in Bonn has opened a role for a Business Process Coordinator/Owner The Commercial Process Coordinator role is responsible for process ownership, quality assurance, escalation management, and operational continuity across all channelrelated credit note and bonus processes (CSP, MDF, Bonus for EWS and direct Business, Sales Actions, Metal Surcharge). The role ensures that processes are clearly defined, standardized, compliant, and scalable, while coordinating closely with Finance, Sales, BSC / Vistex, and Marketing. The process owneracts as the decision authority for escalations, performs exception handling including credit note creation where required, and ensures operational stability by acting as backup for Channel – Admin when needed.
