Senior HR IS Project Manager Europe (m/f/d)

Lead and deliver cross-functional HR projects across the EU region covering HR Operation, HR Technology, People Analytics, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR Services Drive operational excellence by improving HR processes, strengthening data-driven decision-making, maximizing the value of HR IS platforms and ensuring high-quality project execution Deployment, optimization and governance of HR IS systems including data migration, stakeholder management, training and change management HR IS Implementation & System Governance Define and communicate the HR technology roadmap for the region Lead implementation, optimization and governance of HR systems including SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, and Time & Attendance tools for the region Guide HR IS configuration and ensure accurate, secure data migration from legacy systems Provide end-user training and ensure adoption of new digital tools Manage relationships with HR IS vendors and external technology partners Oversee access management, segregation of duties and regular system audits Support HR IS-related activities in M&A integrations Build business cases, support vendor selection, and ensure clear functional
