Epitaxy Production Technician / Produktionstechniker (f/m/d)

Innolume GmbH is a leading provider of optoelectronic devices based on InGaAs/GaAs quantumwell and quantumdot technologies, covering a wavelength range from 780 nm to 1350 nm. Our company specializes in the development of customized photonic devices tailored precisely to our customers' requirements.  We are proud to have been among the first companies to successfully commercialize quantumdot semiconductor devices and have since developed leading quantumwell laser technologies that reinforce our position at the forefront of photonics innovation. With our two MBE reactors, we support the epitaxial growth of In, Al, Ga, and AsP/GaAs heterostructures, ensuring flexibility and sustainability for both development and volume production.  As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Epitaxy Production Technician / Produktionstechniker (f/m/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Dortmund on a permanent basis.
