Test & Release Team Manager (m/f/d)

The Test & Release Team Manager leads the ASV Test & Release organization and is responsible for testing, release management, and customer deliveries. The role combines people leadership, strategic development, and hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing team. Leadership & Organization Lead, coach, and develop a team of Release Managers, Test Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers across sites. Define and execute the Test & Release strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps. Drive organizational growth, capability development, and resource planning. Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Support.
