Commercial Marketing / Sales Forecast and Demand Planning Specialist (d/m/f) We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Commercial Marketing / Sales Forecast and Demand Planning Specialist (d/m/f) to join our team. The new colleague will play a critical role in forecasting customer demand and revenues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring demand and supply balance to support revenues meeting the business target expectations. Demand Sensing: Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts using various data sources as well as symmetrical methods like statistical forecast to capture full business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Supply Chain Planning teams to align consensus forecast. Sales & Operations Planning: Hand-off demand changes and address meaningful demand evolvements as input for monthly S&OP cycle and production planning. Demand and Supply Balance: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to ensure optimal stock availability to support customer requirements while minimizing excess inventory.
