Sales Account Executive (m|f|d) - Voith Digital Solutions - DACH

* Drive and own new customer acquisition within your territory, with strong focus on hunting and pipeline generation. * Identify whitespace potential and build a highquality funnel of strategic opportunities. * Expand existing accounts through targeted upsell and crosssell motions across the Voith digital stack. * Grow recurring revenue by positioning our scalable SaaS offerings. * Develop and own territory and account plans, from prospecting to negotiation and close. * Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC / MEDDPICC) to build predictable, highquality pipelines. * Engage C-level, operational stakeholders, and digital transformation leaders with compelling, valueoriented messaging. * Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to secure customer outcomes and accelerate adoption. * Stay closely aligned with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics to position Voith's digital offering with clarity and differentiation. * Translate complex industrial and operational challenges into concrete digital use cases, value
