Full responsibility for all sales and business development related task within the assigned region Development, planning, and implementation of sales targets in close collaboration with management, as well as preparing sales and revenue forecasts for the responsible sales area Establish and manage longterm growth roadmaps with subsidiaries and dealers Managing and strategically expanding key customer relationships, as well as supporting the national sales teams with demanding customer projects Advising and supporting regional sales units, subsidiaries, and dealers in achieving and exceeding defined revenue and growth targets Regular reporting of relevant KPIs Representing the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry events to maintain existing contacts and build new business connections Regular feedback of market trend to internal
