The High Resolution and Automated Microscopy department is part of the Fraunhofer Translational Neuroinflammation and Automated Microscopy TNM, the Göttingen site of the Fraunhofer Institute for Translational Medicine and Pharmacology ITMP. At Fraunhofer TNM, we improve our understanding of the cellular phenotypes of various diseases and identify potential drug targets by combining superresolution microscopy techniques with genome editing and advanced image analysis. As a multidisciplinary team of biologists, physicists, and data scientists, we intend to create added value for clinical and pharmacological research by using superresolution microscopy methods.
