Supply & Demand Planner EMEA (m/f/d)

The Supply & Demand Planner EMEA ensures seamless alignment between regional and local product availability and customer demand to reliably meet agreed-upon service levels. This role will use ERP/CRM and integrated planning systems to ensure product availability while actively managing the "cost to serve" and will translate complex data into precise forecasts that optimize inventory, supports strategic growth, and ensures operational effectiveness. The position will act as a data-driven strategist, using analytics tools such as Power BI to identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and engagement with management to support operational goals and customer service standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: Support the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to ensure efficient and effective business planning - from demand planning through operational planning to financial forecasting.
