Procurement Manager (m/f/d) Site Hamburg Location: Hamburg Responsibilities Lead the site purchasing department managing its sustainable, cost-, and quality-optimized supply with raw materials, indirect goods, and services Taking over operational purchasing from ordering to goods receipt. Placing orders, monitoring deadlines, ensuring permanent availability of goods Supervising supplier management from supplier search to price negotiations, conducting price and contract negotiations, focusing on close supplier relationship management, and closely monitoring Continuously qualify new sources for our chemical product groups Recommend cost-saving opportunities through alternative sourcing, substitutions, or new product introductions Work with European purchasing management on the ongoing optimization/digitalization of our purchasing processes
