Financial Modelling, Data & Decision Support | IRS Gruppe | Holding | Hamburg | Immediate start preferred For IRS Group, a fastgrowing, internationally operating platform organisation backed by private equity, we are looking for an experienced Senior Expert Group Controlling & Performance Management (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity. This is a handson expert role for someone who enjoys working with financial data, building practical models and turning analysis into clear business decisions. You will work closely with the management team, Group Controlling, BI, IT and our local country teams. You will not have direct peoplemanagement responsibility. Instead, you will take ownership of your topics, coordinate stakeholders and drive projects from the initial idea through to implementation. This is not a pure reporting position. You will help us improve the way we plan, analyse and manage the business across countries and locations.
