Digital Consultant (m/f/d) R&D

Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across research, development, and innovation. Design and support AI-enabled research environments, including integration with lab systems, data platforms, and knowledge management solutions. Drive key AI-assisted research capabilities such as data analysis, knowledge discovery, experimental planning, and workflow automation. Support the digital transformation of R&D by improving research workflows, data environments, and collaboration processes. Contribute to the development of a long-term digital innovation strategy, including AI integration and lab digitalization. Monitor emerging technologies (e.g. generative AI, AI agents, digital labs) and translate them into practical use cases and pilot projects. Build and strengthen a cross-company innovation ecosystem with internal and external partners.
