To further ensure our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated individual for our Heidelberg location as: Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d) As Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d), you will have full responsibility for all operational and strategic aspects of the accounting department. You will lead our accounting team both professionally and disciplinarily and act as a strategic partner to the Head of Finance, to whom you will report directly. Your main task is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial data and the continuous development of the department. You are responsible for compliance with accounting standards (IFRS and HGB - German Commercial Code), managing the closing processes, and serving as the central point of contact for all accountingrelated inquiries.
