Healthcare Provider Account Manager

International SOS Government Services administers the TRICARE Overseas Program providing highquality, accessible health care services for U.S. Military service members, family members, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries overseas. We are looking for a Healthcare Provider Account Manager (known internally as a Provider Network Manager) to oversee our medical provider network in Germany. You will manage key provider relationships, coordinate all stages of the provider lifecycle, and act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure providers are wellinformed, compliant with program requirements, and supported to deliver outstanding care. This includes overseeing provider data accuracy, resolving issues, and implementing clientdriven processes.
