For one of our newly acquired German companies operating in the field of energy contracting, heatingrelated contracting, heat supply and energy services, we are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Inhouse Counsel. This is a broad and businesscritical role. You will act as the primary legal advisor to the local management and business teams and will be responsible for building and managing the daytoday legal function within the company. The role is suitable for a lawyer who is able to work independently, understands commercial priorities, and can provide practical, riskbased legal advice in a dynamic energy services environment.
