Beyond this, you cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and effective collaboration. You also take the lead in identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint across regions and applications. When it comes to negotiations, you handle complex pricing and contract discussions with key customers, ensuring commercially sound and competitive agreements. Furthermore, you drive global lamp sales performance, structuring and optimizing pricing, sales approaches, and portfolio strategies together with Product Management.
