Senior Engineer (Backend & Data)

Founded in 2022 by Dana (CEO) and Erik (CTO), we help Europe to stay strong and the German Mittelstand make good decisions between machines, people, materials, orders, and market shifts. We move fast. We ship. No patience for problems left uncomputed or unsolved. You'll work shouldertoshoulder with Erik (CTO) on the foundation our customers will run on for the next decade — the data layer, the math model layer, and the infrastructure for the optimization core. We are looking for an engineer with a bias for action who can balance speed with the midterm tech strategy and is able to take on complex challenges with independence and curiosity.
