This role focuses on managing and evolving the IT Service Portfolio to ensure strategic alignment, transparency, and efficiency in the delivery of IT services across the organisation. The IT Service Portfolio Manager is responsible for the structure, documentation and strategic alignment of the IT Service Portfolio, covering current, future and endoflife services. The role ensures that the portfolio reflects business priorities, information security aspects, supports informed decisionmaking, and drives the evolution of our IT service landscape in line with corporate goals. In close cooperation with service owners, finance, information security, demand and catalogue management functions, the role fosters crossfunctional collaboration and transparency across all levels of the organisation.
