Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for processing payroll, pension and benefits for all our sites in Europe including: Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces) Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctness Managing of and working closely together with our external service providers First point of contact and consultant for our employees and expats in Europe for all questions, inquiries and solutions relating to these topics, such as: Payroll (inquiries, questions, corrections, etc.) Pension plan and insurances Retirement Time accounts (e.g., value account) Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio First point of contact and responsible for regular audits (internally and externally) Drive process enhancements (operational excellence) in your area of responsibility and ensure proper documentation Administration of our internal time-keeping system in Germany Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/w/d) bist du für die Themenbereiche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, betriebliche
