The Office Management team is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment by supporting work culture, optimising workplace design, and ensuring world-class hospitality for employees and visitors: Maintaining a modern and ergonomic working environment that supports flexible and agile ways of working Coordination of necessary measures to ensure an office environment that meets the required standards Organising internal, external and employee retention initiatives including coordination of catering and event services Work closely with the HR team to support onboarding processes and implement employee programs First point of contact for any visitors providing personalised attention at meetings and events Contact person for related employee concerns and support in integrating new team members Procurement and management of office supplies and equipment to support day-to-day
