IT Manager (m/f/d)

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing outsourced and internal IT services across a large, geographically distributed hotel network. This includes managing technology vendors, coordinating projects, supporting hotel openings, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and contributing to the long-term digital strategy of the organization. Vendor & Service Management Manage and oversee external IT service providers delivering operational support to hotel Monitor and evaluate SLA performance and service KPIs, ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments Ensure vendor deliverables align with company standards and expectations with full governance Participate in service reviews, audits and procurement processes Support vendor selection and contract negotiations Hotel Lifecycle Support Provide IT support across the hotel lifecycle, including openings and disposals Coordinate vendors responsible for deploying infrastructure, systems and integrations Project & Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and hotel performance through technology solutions Ensure successful project execution (risk, quality, scope, timeline) Support
