EHS Hub Manager (m/w/d)

This midsenior level role leads and coordinates the EHS network across the EMEA Refractory Hub, supporting alignment of Calderys EHS standards, compliance systems, and safety initiatives across multiple European manufacturing sites. The position has direct operational responsibility for the Neuwied site, while working with the remaining sites through a dottedline coordination structure. The focus is on driving EHS performance, supporting compliance and continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration across the regional EHS network.
