Project Manager Innovation (m/f/d)

Management of projects from conception, development work, verification, manufacturing, validation and ultimately product commercialization, in accordance with Hygiena's Product Commercialization Process (PCP). Leads multi-national / cross-functional teams by conducting regular project core team meetings. Tracks and reports performance to project plans and budgets. This includes project risk tracking, management and reporting. Represents the projects and the project core teams in front of the Project Approval Committee (PAC) and the Leadership Team (LST). Prepares and presents comprehensive project reviews and status reports. This includes the presentation of the project at stage gate reviews to the management. Assists in the continuous improvement to our project management and product development processes. This includes conducting virtual and in-person training sessions on Product Commercialization for Hygiena staff. Handles various other duties as delegated by the Director of Global Program
