As an established market player with a strong position in Central Europe and its own country organization in Slovakia, the company is looking, in the course of a strategically important succession, for an entrepreneurially minded leader as: Regional Manager Slovakia (f/m/d) Leadership for a successful sales & service organization / Bratislava In this key position, you take on entrepreneurial leadership of the entire Slovak organization and are accountable for revenue and results or your team. Your area of responsibility spans the sales of new installations and modernization projects as well as the existing service business, including maintenance and repair. You lead a team of around 80 employees and ensure stability, trust, and sustainable growth through your active presence – with customers and within the team alike.
