Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and define new sales channels Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Sell high-quality OES and OES products in the IAM (International Aftermarket) Monitor and manage the existing customer structure, converting sales opportunities into long-term customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, collaborating with internal teams such as sales and marketing Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and expand SEG's market presence Develop solid relationships with key and new customers Independently acquire and manage key customers Implement pricing strategies in relation to revenue and EBIT targets, as well as monitor and plan customer revenues and forecasts Enjoy networking in the IAM and have a passion for new technologies Communicate and collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and logistics to meet customer needs Negotiate contracts with key and new customers to fulfill the long-term goals of each customer and the
