Position Summary: The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for end users at the Germany location. This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a global environment.
