Compliance Manager Aesthetics DACH (all genders)

The Compliance Manager Aesthetics DACH (all genders) is responsible for coordinating and leading the ethics and compliance programs across all affiliates in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This position is a key member of both the Affiliate and Area Compliance Team and reports directly to the Area Director for Europe and Canada. The role focuses on fostering a culture of compliance and upholding high ethical standards within the organization. Act as the OEC leader within the Affiliate and support the Affiliate General Manager and Area Compliance Director in key compliance activities. Lead and manage an effective Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) for D.A.C.H, engaging Affiliate Leadership Teams and Country Leaders as needed. Provide guidance, and support on complex ethics and compliance issues, including policy interpretation, compliance risk assessment, trend analysis, and best practice recommendations. Serve on the Area Compliance Leadership team to help set compliance policy, strategy, and direction internationally.
