Administrator - Customer Training (m/f/d)

Represent Advantest internally and externally in all training matters. Coordinate and own (plan, prepare, execute) all training matters self-deployed. Interact with cross functional teams - business unit, support, sales, finance and customers. Coordinate training demand with customers, negotiate trainers, manage logistics. Assist and advise customers in all training matters - course selection, booking, registration etc. Handle challenging situations and negotiations with customers. Ensure successful training execution and customer satisfaction in a well-prepared environment. Contribute innovative ideas, process improvements, document process flows alogin with automation and digitalization. Coordinate training subcontractors and trainer development. Assist in training quote generation and be responsible for correct invoicing. Maintain local training infrastructure and coordinate overall training assets. Coordinate training EMAIL account timely, professionally with all stakeholders. Coordinate new training releases and logistics based on training roadmap. Coordinate feedback, reporting and ensure to keep training quality at highest level. Maintain and update training
