As Application Engineer (m/f/d) for our V93000 SOC ATE system you are primarily responsible to support our installed base customers with following main responsibilities: Provide application development support of SOC test systems to customers Initiate and develop test methodologies and solutions for customer's SOC devices Develop test program and design hardware interface for SOC devices on V93k Optimize test program to reduce test time and increase fault coverage Solve engineering and production problems for customers Document all projects and intellectual knowledge Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements Collaborate with colleagues from application development team, division, field personnel for project implementation This may involve frequent travels in Europe, occasionally in Far East or
