Inventory Management Process Champion (m/f/d)

Design and contiuously improve end-to-end inventory management process for Raw Material, WIP, FGI inventory, ensuring to maximize sales and minimize excess and obsolete (E&O), in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth and strategic goals. Develop the process to maintain and adjust buffer inventory based on the alignment with stakeholders, taking risks and opportunities into account. Provide the tools that enables inventory management process to be implemented effectively and efficiently by collaborating with Business Process Reengineering & Digital Transformation (BPR&DX) team. Define, document, and maintain inventory management processes, policies, and procedures. Define KPIs and metrics to measure inventory performance. Analyze data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making. Ensure inventory practices comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Manage inventory related projects and facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve inventory management
