In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and manage relationships with external agencies. Fluency in both German and English is required. Your Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for expert and management roles, from sourcing to successful hiring. Conduct briefings with business functions, consult on job descriptions, and design customized recruiting strategies. Identify and preselect candidates, leading both phone and inperson interviews.
