Senior Software Delivery Engineer (m/f/x)

As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 700 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade. Maintaining and further improving an internal developer platform (IDP) Active participation in meetings, and fostering of crossteam collaboration where necessary to address business goals Teaching peers how to set up systems and drive execution plans for features and system improvements Coordinating efforts across the team rather than working in a silo Proactively communicating issues and addressing necessary tradeoffs - taking ownership of issues Managing larger refactors, and/or system upgrades, helping others to do the same or participate. Being able to estimate scope of work, and when those estimates are off, coordinating with stakeholders like Product Management to address risks, and take ownership Mentoring and actively driving the technical skills of the immediate or extended team Anticipating issues or implications that their ideas would have on others, and pursuing
