Accounting Manager bei Adecco Human Resources AG in Lausanne

We are looking for a handson Chief Accountant to join a growing startup in Lausanne. You will lead a team of 4 people and take full ownership of our accounting and monthly closing processes. Oversee daily accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, assets, cash). Manage monthly/quarterly/yearend closings under IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER. Prepare financial statements and clear, reliable reports. Strengthen internal controls and support audits. Improve processes, bring new ideas, and help us scale. Coach and support your team of 4. Work on SAP and support ERP improvements. Solid accounting experience in Switzerland. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP
